Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in wooden pallet with 50pcs/pallet. But if you have special requirement about packing, we can negotiate how to adjust packing according to your requirements.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: 1)T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% against BL copy. 2)LC at sight. 3)30% TT in advance, the balance by LC at sight.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 15-20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can provide samples for free but the customers need to pay the courier cost.

Q7. Do you inspect your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have QC inspection production from raw material to packing.
